Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return item(s) within 7 days of receipt of the goods (signature will be deemed as receipt of goods). Unfortunately, customized items cannot be refunded and due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings. Any returned items must be in the same condition as they were received in.

We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via Registered Mail with traceable method for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the shipment of the products to us.

We reserve the right to deduct a SGD12 shipping fee for any return orders under Free Shipping.

Step 1. Please notify us by using the contact us form and state the reasons for the return and whether you would like to exchange your item or receive a store credit to purchase your new item.

Step 2. We will reply to you, giving instructions for returning your product.
